It occurred to me that you may not be aware of some of the services, in addition to outplacement, that we offer at CMS.

Here are two services that may be useful for outgoing employees, or perhaps for your current employees:

The Professional Résumé Writing Service, may be a cost effective solution when you want to provide meaningful help to more junior or short service employees who are leaving. Effective skills marketing through professional résumé writing can give past employees the confidence to promote their skills and mitigate their damages quickly.

In the same light, our Formal Career Assessment & Coaching may be useful for outgoing employees who need help to find their feet and set their sights on a new job search goal after their employment with you has ended.

The Career Assessment can also be helpful when you have valued, existing employees who would be better suited to a different role or department within your organization – but you need help in determining what that role could be.
