CMS is a modern, boutique style outplacement & career transition firm that has long been ahead of its time. Since 1981, we have developed a reputation for providing human, holistic and helpful resources to our long standing HR clients when difficult organizational changes must be addressed.
We are an efficient, stream-lined operation that maintains low overheads and utilizes high-tech solutions to develop meaningful career transition solutions so that almost every company, no matter their size, can provide compassionate, empowering and personalized career transition help to employees of all levels.
We are specialists in career transition, and are focused on developing the most effective strategies for Canadian job seekers. For the last 40 years, we have worked with tens of thousands of job search candidates of all levels and from all industries. Our services are available from coast-to-coast and are offered in both official languages.
At CMS, we are all fully aware that our candidates’ success is also our success and reputation. To that end, we do not lock our corporate clients into annual contracts. To us, every job you give us is ‘the first job’ – and we make absolutely sure that you will always be happy to give us the next one!
The culture at CMS can be described as synergistic. We are a close team of dedicated, long-serving professionals who whole-heartedly work for the greater good of our HR clients and the job search candidates they have asked us to support.
The CMS Program Coaches who will work with your former employees, develop strong, successful working relationships with them by providing pro-active, one-on-one support to maintain the momentum of their search. Each program is managed from a holistic point of view; ie. we consider where the candidate is today in their career and personal life, and how best to help them reach their personal and career goals. If possible, we like our Program Coaches to be introduced to their candidates at the employment termination interview so that they can explain next steps in person, and start to develop the rapport that is essential to the success of the program.
