For our HR Colleagues - Primary Goals at CMS (Goal #1)
Sep 25, 2024We recently gathered at CMS to reiterate and reconfirm our primary goals. And, although simple and straightforward, I thought I would take this opportunity to share them with you.
Goal #1 - to provide our valued HR clients with responsive, professional and personal support – support that they can rely on to be consistent and helpful during the course of difficult decision making.
Goal #2 - to provide truly meaningful, practical and personal career transition assistance to our job search candidates to help keep their time between jobs to the minimum.

At CMS, We Never Underestimate the Stress that HR Teams Endure!
Ultimately, at CMS we are in the ‘helping business’ and every member of our team feels personally responsible for the work we do for our candidates as well the HR Managers who introduce them to us. Providing professional, compassionate and efficient support to our HR clients is paramount to the reputation we have developed since 1981.
The role of human resources is integral to making organizational changes as efficient and as effective as possible. However, the effects of implementing difficult decisions, especially when it comes to laying off staff can be profound on HR team members.
The goal at CMS is to alleviate the stress that our HR colleagues often endure during difficult situations, by ensuring fast, efficient and responsive support when it’s needed most. By sharing our vast experience and skills, we develop customized solutions that fit needs and budgets and compassionately coach our HR clients through the planning and delivery of difficult news.
By providing a central point of contact, we ensure efficient and responsive support to our HR clients and streamline the management of single or multiple meetings nationwide at short notice.
Accountability and Integrity
I am proud to say that CMS has earned a reputation for accountability and integrity since 1981. We never issue invoices for programs not engaged, and our HR clients receive a high-level Employee Progress Report monthly, so that they can be confident that programs are being utilized and dollars are being well spent; all while protecting the privacy of our job seekers.
